Redskins front office search could end where it started, with in-house promotions

The Washington Redskins promised changes to their front office. At 9 a.m. Tuesday, they'll reveal if those changes include any additions -- or just new titles for those already in the building.

The Redskins have been without a general manager since they fired Scot McCloughan on the first day of free agency. McCloughan had held the job for the past two years.

It's uncertain if the Redskins will name a general manager -- or even add someone from the outside to their personnel department. Redskins president Bruce Allen said at the team's charity golf tournament last month that they would add at least one person and possibly as many as three.
