The Washington Redskins made the huge jump from worst to first and found a way to win the NFC East this season. Pretty much no one expected them to make such a turn around and yet they went from 4-12 to 9-7 and made their first playoff appearance in four years.
However, while progress was made the loss to the Green Bay Packers highlights a number of areas the Redskins still need to continue to improve at. The defense in particular still needs to add more talent and depth at key areas.
The defensive line is in need to youth and players who can make an impact at the front of the defense.
