The Redskins were reportedly one of the teams that was making a push to sign Baltimore Ravens LB C.J. Mosley. Washington was interested even after securing a 6 year, $84 million deal with Giants safety Landon Collins.
The price for Mosley was expected to be steep, especially after Kwon Alexander got a 4 year, $54 million contract from the 49ers. Mosley has reportedly topped that deal and will be signing a 5 year, $85 million deal with the New York Jets.
