NFL Draft 2019: Redskins met with Maryland safety Darnell Savage today

The draft is two days away and the Redskins are still meeting with prospects. Today's reported visit comes from a player that many Redskins fans are familiar with and would like to see in Burgundy and Gold this season.

Maryland Terrapins safety Darnell Savage, Jr. has been rising up many people's draft boards since the Combine. Savage(5'10 3/4", 198 lbs) ran a 4.36 40 yard dash at the Combine, and has been on the rise ever since. He is even being mentioned as a potential 1st round pick.
