Jay Gruden spoke with reporters following today's practice. He confirmed that both Trey Quinn and Cam Sims will go to IR after having ankle surgery today. Brian Quick was signed yesterday and he should be active Sunday. They also signed WR Jehu Chesson from the practice squad
