The Redskins will place two more players on injured reserve this week. WR Terrelle Pryor Sr. was inactive last week, and after consulting with a foot specialist, opted to have surgery to repair his ankle that was injured in Week 2. Chris Thompson, who broke his fibula vs the Saints, will also have surgery this week. Jay Gruden mentioned the team would need to make some roster moves this week, including signing players from the practice squad.
Reports this morning have the Redskins re-signing DT A.J. Francis, and also promoting LB Pete Robertson from the practice squad.
