Hall defends hit on Bills' Gragg: NFL says go low

Washington Redskins safety DeAngelo Hall defended a low hit that injured Buffalo Bills tight end Chris Gragg in Friday's preseason meeting between the two teams, telling Gragg in a tweet Saturday that he targeted his legs because the NFL would have fined the veteran defensive back for tackling Gragg too high.

Rather get hit high than low.....#imJustSayin

@Gragg80 #NFL says otherwise. Next time send a check for 30k and I'll gladly hit you up high. I got kids to feed.
