Franchise buzz grows as Commanders insider hypes rising star from within

Dependable cornerback options were in short supply throughout previous head coach Ron Rivera's four years at the helm. Things look much more promising now for the Washington Commanders, especially where this key position group is concerned.

And one fledgling franchise cornerstone could become the best of the bunch based on the early impressions left at training camp.

The Commanders have five gifted corners to rely upon in 2025. Four-time Pro Bowler Marshon Lattimore looks healthy and explosive. Second-round pick Trey Amos is already looking like a Day 1 starter.
