Five available free agents who could still be the Redskins biggest signing

There were earlier reports that the Washington Redskins were all-in on Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper, so much so that they were willing to offer $22 million a year. Cooper declined, leaving Washington empty-handed.

Days later, the Redskins still have yet to make their “splash”, and it’s fair to wonder if they will under Ron Rivera. Their biggest signing thus far was Kendall Fuller, as the Redskins inked him to a deal with an annual value of $10 million. Every other deal has been below $5 million a year, with many measuring closer to $2.
