It's over.
All the debates, all the confusion, and all the hearsay about what the future holds for quarterback Jayden Daniels over the final three games have been put to rest. And Washington Commanders fans will not see their franchise player under center again until 2026.
Daniels reaggravated an elbow injury during his first game back against the Minnesota Vikings. He was reportedly cleared to come back, but head coach Dan Quinn opted against it. That's just as well, because he wasn't cleared for contact just a few days later and was ruled out of Washington's game at the New York Giants in Week 15.
