Things went from bad to worse in a hurry, for the Washington Commanders, on Sunday Night Football. In a game that saw the Commanders fall behind quickly, it didn't slow down.
To make matters worse, quarterback Jayden Daniels went down with a scary injury about midway through the fourth quarter. It was obviously serious as it didn't take long for each and every Commanders teammate to go down on a knee, fearing the worst.
After the game Commanders head coach Dan Quinn commented on Daniels' injury and status, calling it a left elbow injury and not saying much more than that.
