Back Together Sunday had a special significance for the Washington Commanders.
Terry McLaurin is back in the fold, albeit without a new deal.
McLaurin caused a stir by reporting for training camp after initially staying away from the team as he awaits a new contract. Considering the wide receiver stated that it would be difficult to show up for practices unless progress was being made regarding an extension, all signs point to some middle ground being reached in the not-too-distant future.
So, instead of holding out, McLaurin linked back up with his teammates. However, any fans hoping to see the team's most gifted pass-catcher on the practice field were out of luck.
