Terry McLaurin's contract saga with the Washington Commanders has been long and frustrating. Tensions and resentment were building as the wideout felt undervalued by the franchise. But everything worked out well in the end.
Although McLaurn hadn't spoken to the Commanders for more than a month leading up to training camp, things were always going to pick up closer to the event. Some middle ground was officially reached, and Washington can now move forward with its most prolific pass-catcher under contract for the foreseeable future.
According to reports, McLaurin signed a three-year, $96 million deal.
