Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden mentioned this week that they’ve haven’t contacted former Skins tight end Chris Cooley yet despite all of the injuries their tight end corp has suffered this summer.
Cooley has made it clear that he would love to come back and play for the Redskins again.
“Of course I’d wanna play for the Redskins,” Cooley said, via CSN Washington. “That’d literally be the greatest thing in the world.”
No one really knows what Cooley has left when it comes to his ability to play in NFL any longer.
