Washington Capitals sign Daniel Carr

The Washington Capitals added a forward to their system.

On Sunday, the Washington Capitals signed forward Daniel Carr to a one year, two way contract. He will make $700,000 in the NHL and $415,000 in the AHL. Carr is currently playing for HC Lugano of the Swiss Hockey League (SHL) and will remain with the team until the beginning of Caps training camp for the 2020-21 season.

The 28 year old played in 11 games with the Nashville Predators last season and scored a goal.
