The Washington Capitals have loaned another prospect overseas.
The Washington Capitals have loaned prospect defenseman Bobby Nardella to Djurgardens IF of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) for the 2020-21 season, the team announced on Wednesday.
The 24 year old led all Hershey Bears defensemen last season with 31 points including four goals and 27 assists in 41 games last season. His 27 assists tied for first and he also tied for first with 13 power play assists.
His 13 power play assists tied for second among AHL rookie defensemen.
