Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals is back in town.
And Alex Ovechkin looks better than ever. Like he hasn’t skipped a beat since the last Washington Capitals game in March. The team tweeted out a video of him taking the ice at MedStar Capitals Iceplex with his teammates and boy does it get us even more excited about the return of hockey.
Ovechkin, 34 years of age, continues to prove that age is just a number. He’s shown zero signs of slowing down throughout the season and the long rest can only benefit the left winger who turns 35 on September 17th.
