T.J. Oshie, Brenden Dillon Get Post-Game Cobra Kai Headbands

After the Caps’ 6-4 victory against the Sabres on Thursday, coach Peter Laviolette told the team that he watched the Netflix series Cobra Kai, so he got a couple of headbands to give out after the game. One was for the best offensive player of the game, T.J. Oshie, who had a goal and two assists, and the other went to the defensive player of the game, Brenden Dillon, who scored a goal. Like the hard hat, Honest Abe, Nationals hat, and other postgame victory awards, this one is likely to be given out after every win. We just hope they go into the washing machine after use.
