Per Aaron Ward, the Caps have reportedly signed forward Justin Williams to a two-year deal worth $3.25 million a year.
33-year-old Williams has spent the last seven seasons with the LA Kings, with whom he won two Stanley Cups, and has 78 points in 115 career playoff games.
