Are you ready to rock? To be a Red Rocker, that is! Once again, the Washington Capitals are looking for personable, energetic young ladies to audition to be a member of the Red Rocker Spirit Squad. The Red Rockers are not traditional cheerleaders, although cheering and encouraging fans to loudly and enthusiastically support the team is part of the job. They are an elite sprit squad, and they act as ambassadors for the Washington Capitals organization at home games and throughout the community. They possess qualities that exude pride in themselves and the organization.
