The Capitals held their annual alumni schmooze on Friday at Stars & Spirits in Arlington, this time with a surprise appearance by Alex Ovechkin, plus Trevor Van Riemsdyk, Martin Fehervary and Nicolas Aube-Kubel.
Caps alumni included the usual gang of fun-loving roughians: Karl Alzner, Peter Bondra, John Druce, Alan Hangsleben, Matt Herr, Brent Johnson,Dmitri Khristich, Ken Klee, Olaf Kolzig, Nick Kypreos, Yvon Labre, Rod Langway, Craig Laughlin, Alan May, Kelly Miller, Paul Mulvey, Erroll Rausse, Bill Riley, Ken Sabourin, Blair Stewart and Jim Thomson.
