Washington, D.C. – Monumental Network, which launched in January 2013 and is owned and operated by Monumental Sports & Entertainment, received nine Emmy Award nominations from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) National Capital Chesapeake Bay Region. All of Monumental’s nominations are for broadcast excellence and include Best Sports Program/Feature Segment (two nominations), Best Sports Program Series (two nominations), Best Sports One-Time Special, Best News Single Story – Health & Science, Best Program Sports Promotion (two nominations) and Best Photographer News.
