For much of his tenure in Washington, Brooks Laich was the Most Quoted Capital, the surest soundbite for television cameras and the guy who could fill a notebook the quickest. Well, no one really uses notebooks anymore. A digital recorder, let’s say. Either way, this trait also earned him a weekly morning slot with the Junkies on 106.7 The Fan, a role that continued even as his hockey-playing role on the team diminished.
