Before Evgeny Kuznetsov did on his 26th birthday on Saturday, we believe the last birthday playoff goal by a Cap was by Jason Chimera on May 2, 2013, in a 3-1 win against the New York Rangers (someone correct us if we’re wrong).
Chandler Stephenson had a birthday on April 22, Brett Connolly had one on May 2, and Lars Eller had one on May 8th, but the Caps didn’t play those days.
