ECHL Set to Start Season December 11

The ECHL announced Friday morning that the 2020-21 season is scheduled to be a split-season with some teams playing 72 games starting on December 11 and some teams playing a 62 game season starting January 15.

The South Carolina Stingrays are one of those teams scheduled to play 72 games starting in December. The other teams are the Allen Americans, Florida Everblades, Greenville Swamp Rabbits, Indy Fuel, Jacksonville Ice Men, Kansas City Mavericks, Orlando Solar Bears, Rapid City Rush, Tulsa Oilers, Utah Grizzlies, Wheeling Nailers and Wichita Thunder. All other teams will start after the turn of the calendar.
