The Capitals often give away stuff during weeknight games in the winter, such as scarves for Wednesday’s game against Nashville, and tote bags on Feb. 4 against L.A. In previous years, they’ve given away bomber hats, gloves, and ice scrapers.
Folks are already trying to sell these on eBay for up to $50 last we checked, but note that there are 19,200 of them out there, so this ain’t no gravy boat.
