It took just two games but it just wasn’t Evgeny Kuznetsov nor the Washington Capitals day.
Evgeny Kuznetsov of the Washington Capitals went up against Jonathan Huberdeau of the Florida Panthers in the NHL Player Gaming Challenge.
The matchup was initially supposed to take place on Saturday afternoon but they moved it up for reasons we’re unsure of.
Kuznetsov was pitted against Huberdeau in a best of two out of three but dropped both games.
In the first game Kuznetsov was totally dominated, losing 7-3.
