Garrett Mitchell (M. Richter)
Team president and general manager Doug Yingst announced today that Garrett Mitchell will serves as the Hershey Bears 49th team captain. He takes over the role from Dane Byers and Steve Oleksy, who both served as captain in 2014-15.
Additionally, defenseman Mike Moore and forwards Chris Borque and Zach Sill will be the alternate captains.
Moore, 30, returns as alternate after an injury shortened season last year where he played 41 games and notched 14 points (3 goals, 11 assists).
