The only Wake Forest touchdown of the day came in the closing minutes of the first half, as Jamie Newman faked the bubble screen to Greg Dortch and found Alex Bachman streaking down the field wide smack open.
Unfortunately, that was about the only highlight for the offense in this game, as the Deacs managed just 285 total yards and 13 points.
