Wake Forest junior Will Craig has been selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates with the 22nd overall pick in the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft. He becomes the first first-round Wake Forest draftee since 2008, and the highest since 2006. Because he still has eligibility remaining, Will has until July 15 to either sign his professional contract, or return to school. All indications are that Will Craig will sign a professional deal, and that's exactly the correct decision.
