NBA Three-on-Three: Ex-Deacs would win it all

As the NBA begins its postseason, one cannot help but recognize the number of former Demon Deacons contributing in major ways to their teams, leading them to hopeful runs into the 2015 playoffs.

Wake Forest is well-represented this postseason, headlined by three All-Stars in Tim Duncan (Spurs), Chris Paul (Clippers) and Jeff Teague (Hawks), in addition to two other role players, Al-Farouq Aminu (Mavericks) and James Johnson (Raptors).

Wake Forest was the only school to have three players play in the 2014-2015 All-Star game and in 2013 was the first school with multiple All-NBA first team selections (Duncan and Paul) in the same season since Georgetown’s with Allen Iverson and Alonzo Mourning (in 1998-99).
