Kendall Hinton Leaves Delaware Game

Kendall Hinton suffered a non-contact injury with 4 minutes remaining in the 1st quarter of the Wake Forest football team’s contest against the Delaware Blue Hens. He went to take off on a run, and then immediately stopped, and went to the ground. He was able to walk off the field with some assistance, but he was moving very gingerly. He was sitting on the sideline for some time, but went to the locker room midway through the 2nd quarter. He is out for the remainder of the first half and will be reevaluated at halftime.

Hinton was named Wake Forest’s new starting quarterback earlier this week, and was having a good game.
