Wake Forest’s John Collins has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season. The sophomore from West Palm Beach, Florida put up absurd number for Demon Deacons this week, as he averaged 30 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 1 block, while shooting 78% from the field.
Though Wake Forest went 0-2 this week, they damn near beat Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium, and John Collins’ numbers were too much to deny. Collins is averaging 19 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game, while shooting 62% from the field.
