The quarterback position appears to be in excellent shape moving forward at Wake Forest. Last night, 2016 quarterback commit Jamie Newman was invited to compete in the Elite 11 semifinals.

The semifinals will take place in Los Angeles, California from June 5th through 7th. There will be up to 30 participants invited to the event, which means that quarterback scouts consider Newman to be at least one of the 30 best quarterbacks in the class of 2016.
