I don’t think many high school graduates go away to college with the intention of moving back home when they are 22. I know I didn’t.
You have these lofty dreams of getting a job (of those dreams) and moving to a cool city and doing all these grown up things. (First of all, what the hell do “grown up things” consist of? I don’t know.) And, yes, a lot of college grads do that, and I have to say that I’m jealous of them. But I also think living at home will be an experience in itself.
