Do you know how many students on campus have used the Office of Personal and Career Development during their college life at Wake? Only about less than half of the students on campus have been to OPCD to seek for advices. I was astonished when I heard the statistic from my advisor at OPCD. As a student who has always been eager to join the real world as soon as I graduate in order to solve real world problems, I began my career planning as early as my sophomore year. Don’t get me wrong, though; when I say “career planning,” that doesn’t mean I had a clear idea of what I wanted to do for my career.
Have you been to the OPCD?
