Harry Giles is projected as one of the top picks in the 2017 NBA Draft.
Harry Giles, arguably the top player in the Class of 2016, announced his commitment to Duke on Friday afternoon.
He picked the Blue Devils over North Carolina, Kansas and Wake Forest.
The announcement comes a day after it was confirmed that the 6-foot-10 power forward had suffered a torn ACL, the second knee injury of his career. Following his freshman season, Giles tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus. Fully recovered, Giles put together a dominanting summer, which included winning a gold medal with Team USA in the FIBA U19 World Championships in Greece.
