The Times-News tell the heart-melting story of the redshirt sophomore whose dad was jailed before he was born, and has yet to watch him play. That will change on Thursday when Elon kicks off their season at Wake Forest, which is also Blair’s hometown
Blair’s father, Reggie Hunter, who maintained a relationship with his son during his 20-year jail sentence, said in the article of the big game:
“I think God made it a reason this first game is at Wake Forest.
