Wake Forest had two players added to National Award Watch Lists today, as center Ryan Anderson and tight end Cam Serigne were each nominated to their positional award.
Despite not being mentioned at all in a local newspaper article detailing the top 5 offensive players in North Carolina’s Big Four, Wake Forest senior tight end Cam Serigne has been named to the John Mackey Award Watch list. The Mackey Award is given annually to the best tight end in the country, and is named after NFL Hall of Fame Member John Mackey.
Serigne is one of a shocking eleven ACC tight ends named to the list.
