Last season, the Virginia Tech women's soccer team went on a deep postseason run in the NCAA Tournament. The Hokies advanced to the Elite Eight and were one win over Duke away from advancing to the College Cup before the Blue Devils ended their season.
It was a remarkable season for the Hokies, who are looking to take the next step in 2025. Virginia Tech began the season ranked 14th in he country and opened the season last Thursday night with a 2-0 victory on the road at High Point on a pair of second-half goals from Taylor Price.
