The Hokies, have entered the Top 25 for the first time in some years. Larry Fedora has the North Carolina program on the rise. Virginia Tech may have some questions, but North Carolina has expectations. Coach Fuente is going on the road in A.C.C. country in search of his first road conference win. If the Hokies can shock the ‘Heels, then the matchup against Miami looms larger. Most pundits would argue the Hokies have no realistic shot.
