The 2017 NFL Draft has come and gone, with a host of former Hokies leaving their mark on this past weekend’s festivities.
Four Hokies were drafted, as safety Chuck Clark was taken by the Baltimore Ravens, receiver Bucky Hodges was taken by the Minnesota Vikings, fullback Sam Rogers was taken by the Los Angeles Rams, and receiver Isaiah Ford was taken by the Miami Dolphins.
Chuck Clark being selected first out of the bunch mentioned above was the biggest upset among the Virginia Tech-related draft storylines, but the fall of Bucky Hodges to the middle of the sixth round was also quite the surprise.
