After a sub-par 2018-19 campaign for the Virginia Tech Hokies football team, the upcoming football season was one that held promise of steps forward.
Instead, the Hokies will be without two important members of their offense heading into next season, as wide receiver Eric Kumah, as well as tight end Chris Cunningham, have announced on social media that they are entering the NCAA Transfer Portal.
To make matters worse for Virginia Tech fans, there is also confirmation in Kumah’s tweet that wide receivers coach Holmon Wiggins will be departing from the program as well.
