Spencer is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound wideout from Madison, Mississippi. He caught 35 passes for 660 yards and four touchdowns last season, averaging an impressive 18.8 yards per reception. For his two-year career at Jackson State, Spencer appeared in 25 games, making 13 starts, and caught 59 passes for 867 yards and five touchdowns.
