The Virginia Tech Hokies picked up another recruit over the weekend when three-star linebacker Isi Etute made his pledge official.
At 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, Etute has terrific size. He is a really good athlete who is just now growing into his body. Over the last several months, Etute has not only gained weight/muscle, but has also grown a couple of inches, too.
It certainly helped in his recruitment.
The Hokies didn’t offer Etute until June, however, had been monitoring him for some time. Once VT offered, Etute’s mind was set on the Hokies.
