The Virginia Tech Hokies and head coach Justin Fuente picked up a huge commitment on Wednesday night from four-star quarterback Dematrius Davis from North Shore High in Houston, Tx.
Davis visited Blacksburg on Saturday for the Hokies’ impressive 36-17 win over Wake Forest. Not only was Lane Stadium an electric atmosphere, Tech also played its most complete game of the season on both sides of the ball. And Davis noticed.
While Davis is a member of the class of 2021 and we have just over a year until the early signing period, quarterbacks who commit early don’t often back out of their pledges unless there are things like a coaching change, etc.
