The month of June is a big one for the Virginia Tech Hokies. The NCAA lifted the recruiting dead period on June 1, and Tech’s recruiting staff planned a big month for recruits.
Throughout the week, the Hokies have hosted multiple players on official and unofficial visits. Some players have even scheduled multiple visits, which, in theory, would have to be considered a positive development. Tech’s recruiting staff worked to plan a fun weekend for all of the visitors.
One of the official visitors is a longtime target, offensive tackle Gunner Givens, from nearby Lord Botetourt High School.
