When Elizabeth Kitley's college career came to an end at Virginia in March of 2024, little did she know what the future held for her. After suffering a torn ACL in the regular season final against Virginia, which cost her the ACC Tournament, NCAA Tournament, and her first WNBA season, she was able to rehab and make her WNBA debut this past season.
In between the end of her career in Blacksburg and her pro career, Kitley had her number raised to the rafters at Cassell Coliseum in January. On Thursday, she is making a return to the Virginia Tech program with head coach Megan Duffy.
