The No. 18 Virginia Tech Hokies were originally scheduled for two big games on the court this week. With home dates against Florida State and Louisville on Tuesday and Saturday, respectively, Tech was about to enter its most critical stretch of the season.
Unfortunately, both games were postponed, and the Hokies will not take the floor again until next Tuesday at North Carolina.
The FSU game was canceled early last week when the Seminoles paused their program due to issues with COVID-19. At the time, the ‘Noles were forced to cancel or postpone their next three games.
