Tyrod Taylor Out for Weeks

Former Virginia Tech Hokies all-star quarterback, Tyrod Taylor, who was named the starter for the Houston Texans before the start of the NFL season, suffered an injury during the first half of the Texan’s matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Prior to leaving the game during the second quarter, Tyrod looked to be setting up another strong showing after leading the Texans to a victory over Jacksonville last weekend. He completed 10/11, threw for 125 yards, and a TD with a QBR of 94.8 and a passer rating of 144.3. Rookie QB, Davis Mills, a third-round pick from Stanford took the field in Taylor’s absence.
